D | 从海南官方近日公布的“十五五”专项规划可见，《海南省“十五五”高新技术产业发展规划》支持文昌国际航天城依托海南自由贸易港跨境数据通道，创建国际卫星数据加工贸易区，加速高分辨率卫星遥感数据的国际化应用；《海南省“十五五”服务业发展规划》提出打造数据服务开放与应用高地，建设面向欧盟、东盟的数字加工贸易区，开展商业、文化、工业、地理信息等数据跨境服务。
