포천시, 지방세 전자고지·자동이체 신청 독려…“종이 고지서 대신 스마트폰으로”_我的网站

一 |     9월 정기분 재산세 앞두고 안내…각 800원·동시 신청 최대 1천600원 공제                   지방세 고지 안내 포스터. 포천시 제공 포천시가 9월 정기분 재산세 납부의 달을 앞두고 납세 편의 증진과 세액 감면 혜택을 동시에 누릴 수 있는 지방세 전자고지 및 자동이체 신청을 적극 독려하고 나섰다. 전자고지와 자동이체는 납세자가 각각 신청할 경우 고지서 1장당 800원이 공제되며, 두 가지 방식을 모두 연계해 이용하면 최대 1천600원의 세액공제 혜택이 적용된다. 소액이지만 매년 정기적으로 부과되는 지방세를 감안하면 실질적인 절세 효과를 거둘 수 있는 셈이다. 26일 포천시에 따르면 전자고지 제도는 기존 우편 종이 고지서 대신 스마트폰 카카오톡 알림톡이나 이메일, 금융사 앱 등을 통해 세액과 납부 기한을 실시간으로 확인하는 방식이다. 우편물 분실이나 오배송에 따른 체납 위험을 방지하고 개인정보 보호 효과도 높다. 여기에 자동이체까지 연계하면 납기일에 지정 계좌나 신용카드에서 세금이 자동으로 출금돼 바쁜 일상에서 납부 기한을 놓치는 번거로움을 덜 수 있다. 시는 이번 신청 활성화를 통해 종이 고지서 제작과 우편 발송에 소요되는 불필요한 행정비용을 대폭 절감하고, 탄소 배출 저감 등 친환경 행정 효과도 함께 거둘 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 전자고지 및 자동이체는 위택스(Wetax) 홈페이지와 간편결제 앱에서 상시 신청할 수 있으며, 포천시청 세정과를 직접 방문해 접수하는 것도 가능하다. 다만 신청 효력은 접수한 다음 달부터 발생하므로, 다가오는 9월 정기분 재산세 감면 혜택을 받으려면 서둘러 접수해야 한다. 포천시 세정과 관계자는 “전자고지와 자동이체를 적극 활용하면 절세 혜택과 납세 편의는 물론, 지역 행정비용 절감에도 큰 보탬이 된다”며 “시민들의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 당부했다.。    (ECNS) -- China aims to build more than 100 million metric tons of annual coal production reserve capacity by 2030, according to the 15th Five-Year Plan for Coal Industry Development, jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the National Energy Administration (NEA) on Monday.    By 2030, China's capacity to ensure secure coal production and supply is expected to be further strengthened, while the structure and distribution of coal production will continue to improve. Large modern coal mines are expected to account for 87% of the country's total production capacity, according to the plan.    The plan also aims to significantly improve coal mine safety, green development, and the clean and efficient use of coal.    Smart mines are expected to account for 75% of total production capacity, while the development of a more diversified coal-based industrial structure will be accelerated.    Coal consumption is expected to peak during the plan period, alongside the establishment of a more robust mechanism for balancing supply and demand.    The plan places energy security alongside the green transition as key priorities.    Focusing on the development of a modern coal industry system, it outlines nine major tasks, including optimizing coal development and spatial distribution, accelerating industrial restructuring, and strengthening the production, supply, storage and sales system.    Other priorities include advancing the green and low-carbon transition, improving the clean and efficient use of coal, and promoting technological innovation.
